ILT International Institute for Languages, Training, and Qualification, affiliated with Yemen Information Center, conducted a two-day short training course on Development and Relief Project Management from May 20-21, 2024. The course attracted a group of trainees eager to enter this vital and in-demand field.

Led by Dr. Suzan Miftah, Director of the YIC Sana’a Office and Deputy Director of the Institute, the course aimed to equip trainees with fundamental project management knowledge and skills. Participants learned about project management methods, monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, their differences, types of project risks, and risk management strategies.  The program also covered project life cycle stages, the elements of each stage, and initiation procedures.
