For the second time, ILTI Sana’a affiliated with Yemen Information Center, conducted a short training course on Development and Relief Project Management.
Over two days – June 26 and June 27, 2024 – the course was implemented with the participation of a group of enthusiastic trainees to engage in this important and in-demand field in the labor market.
The course, which was led by Dr. Suzanne Muftah – Director of Yemen Information Center Office in Sana’a and Deputy Director of the Institute – aimed to provide trainees with basic knowledge and concepts in project management, equip them with some project management skills, and introduce them to the mechanisms and methods used in monitoring and evaluation and the difference between them, as well as the types of risks in a project and how to manage them, as well as addressing the project life cycle and understanding the elements of each stage and how to start it.
Notably, ILTI International Institute aims to provide high-quality training courses on key issues related to professional development, women’s and youth empowerment, capacity and skills development, and qualifying individuals to enter the labor market and compete professionally.
On the other hand, the ELTI Institute seeks to qualify job cadres and equip them with diverse skills and professional capabilities through renewed training programs that keep pace with development needs, to contribute to supporting the abilities of participants to achieve their aspirations and the future aspirations of their institutions.
